5:30 p.m., Thursday, April 19
Presented by the National Weather Service, "Storm Spotter Training" will be held in the Mead Auditorium. The seminar will teach participants how to identify different clouds, storms and types of severe weather.

1-5 p.m., Friday, April 20
The Environmental Science Organization will hold a campus clean-up. Participants are to meet in the Academic Mall, where they will be divided into groups to clean different parts of campus. Garbage bags and work gloves will be provided and volunteers will be treated to pizza and sandwiches for lunch.

1 p.m., Saturday, April 20
The second annual Earth Day Parade will march down Third Street. The parade is intended to celebrate and recognize the importance of the Earth, said Dan Rapp with Students Against Sulfide Mining, one of the parade's sponsors. The parade will begin at the Vandament Arena and end on Washington Street. In case of bad weather, the parade will be rescheduled for April 21.

6 p.m., Tuesday, April 24
The Marquette Food Co-op will host a presentation on sustainable farming, factory farming and vegetarianism. The presentation will be held in the Ontario Room of the University Center. There will be food samples provided.

10 a.m.-3 p.m., Wednesday, April 25
An Environmental Issues Fair will be going on in the New Science Facility Atrium. Booths from local and student environmental groups will be on display to teach visitors how to become more involved in helping the environment.
