 Harvey Pratt spoke to a packed crowd in the Great Lakes Rooms of the University Center Tuesday, Sept. 16 about his long career as a forensic specialist. During his 38 years in law enforcement, he developed the witness memory enhancement interview technique and introduced the method used to create soft tissue reconstruction of unidentified bodies.
